Led by Executive Chef Mark Kropczynski, THE US GRANT culinary program follows the philosophy that “only the best will do,” and in doing so, sources the freshest ingredients, prime meats and sea food available. For banquets and events, Chef Kropczynski takes pride on creating diverse menus that celebrate a flair for contemporary preparations and artistic presentations.
Please note that both buffet and plated breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available and can be personalized to each event.
