Restrictions apply.  Only qualified couples will be eligible for the giveaway. Winner must be present at Love, etc Wedding Showcase, and present for the raffle announcement. Not applicable with other offers.  Contract for the Event must be signed between March 4, 2012 and December 31, 2012 and the Wedding must be held at THE US GRANT by December 31, 2013. Not valid with any events currently booked, under negotiation or that have already occurred.  Limited Food & Beverage offerings included and final menu subject to the approval of the Executive Chef and Director of Catering.  The menu will include three butler passed hors d' Oeuvres, choice of soup or salad, entree, and hand rolled chocolate truffles for up to 100 people. Beverage service will include one glass of house champagne and one glass of wine per person for up to 100 people.  House champagne and wine are selected by THE US GRANT Sommelier.  The winner will have the opportunity to upgrade menu options and/or increase the number of attendees, but the cost (variance in pricing + service charge + taxes) will be their sole responsibility. In the event the wedding is booked and cancelled, then no future credit will be given.  Space and services based upon availability. The Winner acknowledges the prize is a promotional event for the Hotel and its Partners and thereby agrees to exclusive access to promotion of the event, as well as the right to publish (in print, broadcast or electronically) activities leading up to and during the Wedding.  Additional charges may apply. All components of the prize are non-transferrable.
